Description[]
A single room farmhouse with a small, hard to access attic of sorts. There is a raised platform with a few containers up there that can only be reached with a high acrobatics skill. The containers themselves can be reached by jumping.

Erothin Farmer Village - The last house on the road north of the Tavern in front of Erothin. It sits near some straw bales and is closest to a few boats by the sea.
