Teleport runes are consumables which are needed every time a teleport spell is cast, such Mark and Recall. In case a teleport rune is not present in the inventory, the spell will automatically fail.
With a crafting skill of 75, they can be made by forging an Arcane stone and any soul gem. By using a petty soul gem, there is a way to save some money instead of buying one.
